How far is the Chalet from the historic centre?
Il centro storico si trova a soli 500 metri dagli appartamenti nello Chalet, ti basteranno 5-10 minuti a piedi!
Where are the other flats?
The other flats are located next to the lifts – with direct access! – and a few km from the Bormio thermal baths.
How far is the cable car departure point from the Chalet?
The hotel is only 1 km from the lifts, which are quick and easy to reach.
Can I book online?
Of course! Booking online is quick and easy, just use the online booking search for real-time availability and prices. Booking this way you are guaranteed the best price on the web.
Do I have to give a credit card to book?
Yes, a credit card is required to guarantee each reservation.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
At the end of the booking you will receive an email with your confirmation number, you can print it out or simply write down the number.
What are the terms of cancellation?
Cancellation terms are clearly specified for each rate or promotion within the booking form.
Why has the price changed since yesterday?
Prices follow the availability of the flats, so they can change according to demand, just like when you book a flight. Normally, the earlier you make your reservation, the better the rate you will find.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay by credit card, debit card and cash.
How to check in?
you can check-in in person at the Hotel Baita dei Pini or, if you prefer, you can request self check-in and you will receive access codes to manage yourself.
Is there a fee for final cleaning?
Yes, we have a fixed fee of € 60.00 for final cleaning.
What happens if the entrance key is lost?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that you lose your access card. If it is lost, a charge of €20.00 will be made.
Is it possible to get an invoice for the stay?
Yes, in order to avoid delays when checking out, we recommend that you provide your billing information in advance with your booking confirmation. In this case, you will need to go to the Hotel Baita dei Pini to check in and collect the document.
Do you accept animals?
For a small daily surcharge, small animals are allowed on request.
Do you have accessible flats?
Unfortunately, the chalet does not have a lift, but we have comfortable ground floor flats with a garden and some flats in the village that do have a convenient lift.
What are the opening times of the ski lifts
The ticket office is open from 8 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
